Complainers of the World, UNITE!

If you don't think every day is a good day, just try missing one. ~Cavett Robert
So this week being midterms, (crazy isn't it!) I've taken a couple of tests this week. And in taking these tests, I've realized that usually people, especially American teenagers/youg adults, are united by to things. 1) The fear and the stress that taking a test brings, and 2) Complaints. Seriously. My classmates that have never said two words to me before will either ask me how I feel about the test and then complain about how unprepared they are, or complain about how hard the test was afterwards. Or even the next class complain about how the teacher graded too hard, or takes to long to give back the test. These are the only times that I have spoken to my fellow classmates. I guess it's a common denominator, we all are very good complainers lolz.
But seriously, who are we to complain about taking a test? It's not like we are under going some terrible misfortune by being "forced" to *gasp* learn! Really people? Now I'm saying this like I'm not guilty of it, but believe me I am one of the worst offenders. It's especially hard not to get sucked in to complaining when that is the only way people will talk to you! But really, if we take a look at what we are complaining about, it's pretty pitiful, and I feel bad afterwards.
In Sunday School on Sunday mornings, we are doing a unit on attitude. And the first thing we talked about was complaining. Did you know it's a sin? I mean I guess I always knew that, but I didn't realize exactly what I was doing when I complain. If you think about it, it's like insulting God. Complaining is like saying His plan isn't perfect, like what He's done for you isn't good enough. And that's crazy. Because even if you were living the poorest, worst life you could imagine, He's still done more for you than you could ever ask for, then you could ever pay back.
Everybody complains, it's part of our human nature. And we all have bad days, and sometimes we just need to let out our frustrations to somebody. But if we go around complaining to everybody, then what kind of a message are we sending to the people around us? Are we displaying how blessed by God we are? Probably not.
Life is so confusing sometimes and we have no clue what's coming. But that's why it's called faith. Faith is believing in things unseen. We only see a piece of the puzzle, a thread in the tapestry. God has great things for us in store, and everything that happens to us in our life happens for a reason. Though we may not see it now, and we may not even see it in our lifetime, we have to know that God sees the reason, and youare prescious to Him, and He wants the absolute best for you.
So once again we create a trail from tests to faith...
And so goes the pattern of my brain lolz Have a good day and always remember God is so good!!

Jer 29:11 (NIV) "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
